Yes they will be released for free, no ETA right now.
They've been really consistent with their uploads lately, so chapter 12 will probably be released on the first weeks of May and the 13th around the same time on June

I didn't find any sex scene in free version of Double Homework Episode 12 that was little disheartening thing for me.
Some choices do impact what scenes you get, maybe try the variable editor! ;)
